These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and customers of কুহেলিকা. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

We take great care to represent our sarees accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. কুহেলিকা reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send an order confirmation. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and do not include shipping charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Bangladesh from Sreemangal, Sylhet. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details. In summary: customers must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery man before accepting. Issues raised after the delivery man has left cannot be processed.

All content on this site — including images, text, and logos — is the property of কুহেলিকা and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
