Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Within Bangladesh

Dhaka: 1–2 business days
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days
Delivery charge: 150 TK— free shipping on orders above 10000 Tk.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times and charges vary by destination. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available for orders within Bangladesh. COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
